Mildura Strata Management

Bruce Watson is the Owners Corporation Manager of Ace Body Corporate Management (Mildura), and is a member of Strata Community Australia (SCA) Victoria.

He has been a resident of the Sunraysia area for 20 years and has worked in the Accounting and Customer Service areas for most of his 38 year working life. This long term knowledge and experience is now being applied on a daily basis as an Owners Corporation Manager. 

Bruce prides himself on exceptional customer service, attention to detail and effective communication to assist owners. Bruce believes an effective manager must have a strong sense of humility and utilise the varied strengths and talents of committee members and owners to reach practical outcomes.

Another strength is his passion for the strata sector, and he enjoys the vast array of people he deals with on a daily basis, which include owners, developers and trade contractors.

His fondness of the Sunraysia and surrounding areas is shown through his involvement with various sporting, social and community groups over the years.
