Knox Strata Management

James Li is the Owners Corporation Manager of Ace Body Corporate Management (Knox), and is a member of Strata Community Australia (SCA) Victoria.

Prior to moving into the area of Owners Corporation management, James Li had over 10 years’ experience in the Information Technology industry. Before joining Ace Body Corporate Management, James was an IT Manager in a long established Australian construction and development company. James holds a Master’s degree in Applied Information Technology from Monash University and is currently completing his Certificate IV in Strata Community Management at RMIT University.

James’ partner Vivian has worked for the past 5 years in the customer service team of a leading Australian tourism and entertainment company, and has also previously worked as a strategist in a well-known investment property company. Vivian has a strong understanding of property management as well as exceptional customer service skills. Vivian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education, and an advanced Diploma in Hospitality.

Both James and Vivian are fluent in Mandarin speaking and Chinese writing.
