Reena has been working in the insurance industry for the past 30 years, which includes 11 years of running her own successful business as an Insurance Broker in New Zealand. Reena’s scope of insurance experience ranges from personal lines to business, risk insurance and Strata Insurance.

Prior to joining Ace Body Corporate Management, Reena Chand was a Broking Operations Manager for a leading Strata Insurance Broker. Reena has worked in the strata industry for the last five years.

Reena’s main focus in business has always been customer satisfaction. She has a great way of communicating with and relating to her clients and possesses fantastic negotiation and problem-solving skills. Reena is always seeking the best outcome for her clients. This includes striving to obtain the best premium and a quality insurance product, as well as, obtaining the best results for claims management. Reena has a great knowledge of the broking process, underwriting, claims management and people management.
