Kamaljit is a licensed Strata Manager. His qualification includes Bachelors in Accounting and Cert IV in Property Services (Strata management).

Prior to joining Ace Body Corporate Management, Kamaljit had been in Marketing and service industry for more than 26 years.

Kamaljit is associated with Strata industry since 2010 onwards as strata committee member for owner and investment properties giving him better understanding for the best results for his clients.

Kamaljit’s strong communication and negotiating skills has always been beneficial to lot owners procuring the best workmanship at most competitive price and best insurance rates for the highest value of the property.  Being an accounts degree holder he has deep knowledge of generating budgets and financial reports.

He has Exceptional time management skills and the ability to priorities appropriate tasks which builds great relationship with clients over years. He is dedicated to all his strata committee owners and with his professional service and advice he works towards the benefit of each individual.
