Bella is a licenced strata manager in New South Wales and her Ballina office services the Northern Rivers from Grafton in the south to Tweed Heads in the north including all towns within this region. She has been a local resident for more than 15 years.
As a strata unit owner for 30 years and for several of those an executive committee member of her owners corporation, Bella understands and appreciates just what is expected of a strata manager.
She cites attention to detail, a willingness to listen to owners, and a passion for property as the core to servicing her client’s needs in an ever changing and evolving strata world.
The foundations of her interest in property were laid when she started a career as a para legal working in domestic, commercial and industrial conveyancing – such work requiring not only legislative knowledge but excellent communication with clients and dealing with a cross section of the community. This work was supported by her Associate Diploma in Business Studies Law from RMIT Melbourne.
Bella has several years’ experience in general insurance working as a claims technician during some of this area’s most challenging storm events. No day was ever the same and having the ability to quickly respond to situations was necessary and an excellent basis for the challenges of strata management.
Public Relations experience in the corporate, public health and consulting sectors once again provided the challenge of responding to highly changeable demands in work. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from RMIT Melbourne.
Bella has a small team of insurance and building construction specialists who are ready to provide hands on advice and able to support the many demands of body corporate management. She is ever mindful that for many people, owning real estate is the single most important investment an individual will undertake.
The Ace Body Corporate Management group also provides a wealth of knowledge and support through its national network.
