Alwyn has had a successful career spanning 30 years in sales management roles based across Asia, Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and Oceania which includes founding and running a successful Australian small business based in Sydney from 2009. Alwyn’s qualifications include Engineering, an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Business (UNSW) and a Strata Management Cert IV from the Australian College of Professionals (NSW). 

Alwyn’s multi-faceted qualifications and experience allow him to manage nuances of daily Strata Management activities with a remarkable attention to detail that many overburdened managers may overlook. Alwyn uses effective people management skills learnt through years of experience managing teams to manage tradies and contractors resulting in cost beneficial solutions to his Strata Plans. This productive approach has resulted in the goodwill of lot owners and committee members alike. When he is not working, he spends his time in creative endeavours such as oil painting and cooking.
