Terry Liu specializes in the financial management of owners corporation budgets as well as conflict resolution and mediation concerning common property disputes.

Terry’s qualifications include a Masters in Business Administration (MBA), an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning, a Certificate IV in Property Services (Operations), A Bachelor Degree in Animal Science and is also a licensed Strata Agent in NSW.

Terry’s experience includes working as a Premier Financial Planner with HSBC for 5 years, running a successful mobile coffee franchise and cake shop for 4 years, and working as a licensed property sales agent for 2 years. 

Terry himself has a personal interest in investment properties, which has developed his understanding of the needs and requirements of unit investors and owner-occupiers alike. He is dedicated to providing all of his owners corporation members with professional personal service and helpful advice regarding their strata property.

Terry is an active member of Sydney’s Mandarin Christian Church at Hurstville, married with two children and enjoys reading, traveling and making friends.

Terry is fluent in English and Mandarin.
