Ash Goulding specialises in insurance, actively works with unit owners to provide positive outcomes – both practically and in accordance with the legislation – to resolve conflicts and disputes, and has a keen interest in legal compliance issues of Owners Corporations. He is backed up by his wife Rie Goulding who comes from a legal background, having obtained a law degree and worked for a number of firms in her native country, Japan.
Ash is a licensed Real Estate Agent and Strata Manager, studied Economics & Finance at the University of Canberra, and holds a Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning).
Ash has been involved in the strata industry since 2002, as both an active owner and manager of body corporate investment properties. He has also been a strata manager in both NSW & VIC having worked along the Murray River state border area, giving him experience with different sets of legislation.
Ash has experience in the insurance sector, working in personal insurance before working his way up to business insurance and then on to life insurance and superannuation. He spent some years as a self-employed derivatives trader, dealing mainly in equities and commodities.
Ash strives to provide the highest level of professional service to his owners corporation clients and believes that management should always be available, accountable and accommodating. He always aims to handle strata disputes quickly and effectively with the least amount of disruption and stress to all involved parties.
On a more personal level, he still has a keen interest in alpine skiing, having been an instructor for some years. He is an active long distance runner and enjoys motorcycling, golf, football and spending time with family and friends.
