Before joining Ace Body Corporate Management, Gordon was a licenced engineer in the aviation industry. Gordon specialised in legislation compliance, maintenance planning, OH&S compliance, plant and equipment risk assessment, supervision and training. Additionally, Gordon, has also undergone formal training and certifications in the building industry in construction, demolition, maintenance and Occupational Health & Safety (Work Health & Safety).

Gordon, has been in business for sixteen years, in the private enterprise environment operating a successful book keeping and consulting firm.
