South Yarra Strata Management

Michael Houdalakis is the Owners Corporation Manager of Ace Body Corporate Management (South Yarra), and is a member of Strata Community Australia (SCA) Victoria.

Ace Body Corporate Management (Northcote / Collingwood / South Yarra) is owned and operated by Michael Houdalakis. Michael has a Bachelor of Science Degree & Associate Diploma (Maths & Computing). Prior to Ace, he worked as an IT Corporate Consultant with one of Australia’s largest publicly listed companies, managing their POS for 10,000 nationwide staff.   

He is a SCA qualified Certified Practicing Strata Manager (CPSM) & has been practising for 17+ years. Areas of particular interest are OC legislation, Finance, IT, business development, property development.

Michael and his team in Ace Body Corporate Management (Northcote / Collingwood / South Yarra) have established great working relationships with Owners Corporation members, Committees, Realtors, Property Managers and Developers within his territory: South Yarra, Collingwood, Northcote, Fitzroy, North, Fitzroy & Abbotsford areas. 

Michael’s priorities are his family and growing his business!  Personal interests include travelling with his family, AFL football, golf and poker.
