Tony Selak and Louise Selak are the Owners Corporation Managers of Ace Body Corporate Management (Prahran), and are members of Strata Community Australia (SCA) Victoria.
Ace Prahran are particularly skilled in managing high-rise properties. Our office has specialised management skills covering:
- Large multi-level and mixed-use buildings
- Multiple owners corporations under one plan of subdivision and the associated accounting and legal considerations for those subdivisions

Tony Selak
Owners Corporation Manager
Tony chairs meetings and is the primary liaison for building & maintenance related matters. Tony brings a wealth of experience in dealing with complex building matters and has a degree in Banking & Finance with Monash University. Having successfully completed the ANZ Graduate Program in 2005, Tony worked in commercial finance for 8 years. In addition to his business experience, Tony was a director of Team 11 which bid for a professional A League soccer license in Melbourne’s South East suburbs in 2019. He is also a passionate supporter of the Carlton Football club and enjoys playing golf on weekends. Tony is proficient in providing leadership to committees and owners corporation; particularly those who require some direction in handling difficult problems.
Louise Selak
Owners Corporation Manager
Louise specialises in accounts, finances and administration. Louise is organised and efficient in managing the “back-bone” of the business. She has extensive experience in accounting and finance, having worked in a number of industries prior to working in owners corporation management, including hotel management. Louise has 10 years experience in accounting for owners corporations and daily reconciles owners corporation bank accounts, which is a testament to her organisational prowess. Outside of owners corporation management, Louise enjoys spending time with family & friends and maintains fitness through pilates.
