Kavitha Nair
Owner
Kavitha Nair is the Principal Owners Corporation Manager of ACE Body Corporate Management (Kew) and is a member of Strata Community Australia (SCA) Victoria. She has an educational background in Electrical Engineering and Masters in Information Systems from Swinburne University.
Prior to joining ACE, Kavitha has been in the Financial Services sector, working with one of the big 4 banks, for nearly 25 years. She has worked in various roles in Credit Cards, Retail/Wholesale banking, and Global Datawarehouse and has obtained "Certified Professional Banking Fundamentals" qualification from Chartered Banker Institute. She bring her learnings and experience gained over the years in the financial services sector to OC Management, particularly in accounting practices for the treasuries and the drive for customer service.
At ACE Kew Kavitha is helped by other staff and together they promote vibrant Owners Corporation communities, and create a safe and enjoyable space for residents. The team helps Owners Corporation achieve their short-term and long-term objectives and goals, thus adding value to the property whilst minimising costs.
The team has diverse range of properties under their management in the inner eastern suburbs of Melbourne and would love to help if you are looking for professional OC management.
