Nieraj has master’s degree in accounting and finance, with 18 years of experience across various sectors, including customer service, retail, banking, financial services and credit risk management. While working at the bank his forte was managing portfolios of residential and commercial investment properties for clients, primarily investors. 
 
He takes pride of his exceptional administrative, problem-solving, collaborative approach and conflict resolving skills. Nieraj’s focus is on meeting the diverse expectations and concerns of owners, developers, and investors, always providing quality, professional body corporate expertise as well as service.
