Hasantha has over 10 years of experience in property and has a business background. He currently sits on the board of three organisations in an independent non-executive director capacity. While working for one of the top 4 banks, Hasantha implemented significant process improvements which enhanced overall business performance and improved customer experience. Enhancing customer experience and reducing debt is his main focus by liaising with external stakeholders such as contractors and lawyers to ensure lot owners are provided with the best service possible.

Hasantha enjoys spending time with his family and friends but also enjoys volunteering to help raise awareness and donations to important charities such as the Australian Red Cross, Breast Cancer Foundation, Cancer Council, Food Bank, Leukaemia Foundation, MS Society, RSPCA and SIDS.
