Box Hill Strata Management

Charles Gong and Jessie Kong are the Owners Corporation Managers of Ace Body Corporate Management (Box Hill), and are members of Strata Community Australia (SCA) Victoria.

Jessie

Prior to joining Ace Body Corporate Management as a Franchisee, Jessie had been working as the Chief Estimator in several large construction corporations in Melbourne. Before that she was the Managing Director of a building contractor company in Singapore for 5 years. Jessie has close to 25 years’ experience in the building and construction industry.  

Jessie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management, and also a LCCI diploma in accounting.

Charles

Prior to joining Ace Body Corporate Management as a Franchisee, Charles was a Director in an international insurance broking firm in Singapore. Before that Charles worked as the manager of an insurance department in several large shipping corporations in Singapore. He has more than 20 years of work experience in the insurance industry.

Charles holds a Bachelor’s degree of Engineering and also an advanced insurance diploma with Chartered Insurance Institute, UK.

Charles is a Chartered Insurance Practitioner, being an Associate member of CII, i.e. ACII.
