Emma Lewis is the Owners Corporation Manager of ACE Body Corporate Management. Emma has a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and a Certificate IV in Social Housing, with over twelve years of experience, before making the change to managing Owners Corporations. 

She has a strong background in records management, information retrieval, customer service and communication. Hence well suited and poised to help provide support and guidance to Owners Corporation Committees, and individuals alike as an Owners Corporation Manager.

Emma has lived in Ballarat most of her life. After experiencing time living in Melbourne and overseas, she has returned home to the regional lifestyle she grew up in.

Emma prides herself on being professional, accessible, and providing a timely response to all owners by phone, email, or in person. Emma's office leverages the latest industry software and industry practices, allowing transparent financial management reporting and allowing owners to see where their money is being spent.

Emma has owned and lived in an Owner's Corporation previously, so she has first-hand experience and understands the requirements of owners expectations. 

Calling on Emma's social work experience, she loves getting out of the office, meeting the owners, visiting their property, and liaising with contractors. In her spare time, Emma enjoys travelling, being a dog mum, and spending time with family and friends.
