Ace Body Corporate Management (Abbotsford) is owned and operated by Michael Houdalakis. Michael has a Bachelor of Science Degree & Associate Diploma (Maths & Computing). Prior to Ace, he worked as an IT Corporate Consultant with one of Australia’s largest publicly listed companies, managing their POS for 10,000 nationwide staff.
He is a SCA qualified Certified Practicing Strata Manager (CPSM) & has been practising for 21+ years. Areas of particular interest are OC legislation, Finance, IT, business development, property development.
Michael and his team in Ace Body Corporate Management (Northcote / Collingwood) have established great working relationships with Owners Corporation members, Committees, Realtors, Property Managers and Developers within his territory.
Michael’s priorities are his family and growing his business! Personal interests include travelling with his family, AFL football, golf and poker.
