Vijay specialises in maintenance and trade issues of a body corporate.

Prior to joining Ace Body Corporate Management, Vijay worked in a variety of industries supplying building components to the building industry. He has worked in many countries in trade related areas and immigrated to Australia 27 years ago.

Vijay has a diverse background including trade skills, OH&S, industrial relations, and construction. He also built his own home. This all helps him as a Body Corporate Manager to provide personal professional service.

Vijay is a member of the strata institute and attends regular seminars to keep abreast of changes affecting bodies corporate including:

- SCA (QLD) Body Corporate Management seminars and conferences
- Authorised Representative Insurance course updates
- Griffith University Strata & Community Title Conference
- Ace Body Corporate Management workshops and conferences

- He is a family oriented man who lives in the Albany Creek area. 
- He enjoys extreme sports, catching up with friends and being with his family.
