Anna MacMaster
Body Corporate Manager
Anna is an Accredited Strata Community Manager and has two decades of property industry experience, specialising in legislation, compliance, and education. Anna joined the Ace Gold Coast team in mid 2018, and is now the owner of the Ace Body Corporate Gold Coast South business. The Ace Body Corporate Gold Coast South territory runs from Pimpama down to the border. Anna’s strong business and financial management skills allow her to assist owners and committees plan and budget to best protect the value of their home and investment. A commitment to best practice and exceptional service drives Anna’s approach to her clients, and she makes it a priority to ensure the committees she works for understand their obligations, rights and the regulations they are bound by.
Assisting owners to establish a well maintained, safe and conflict-free environment that all residents can enjoy living in is Anna’s priority, using her exceptional communication skills to best facilitate the relationships between all interested parties, including committees, owners, tenants, real estate agents, service contractors and tradespeople.
Anna is ably supported by Assistant Body Corporate Manager Heather Carseldine, who many of our owners have been assisted by over her years at the Ace Gold Coast office. Heather brings a wealth of client service and body corporate administration experience with her.
