I am a unit owner and chairperson at a unit complex managed by Mr Singh. Have had my unit for 20 years and there have been various managers in that time. Mr Singh since being her approx. 3 years, has had many issues and a big mess to contend with. He has worked through these in a professional and thoughtful manner, always having owners benefits at the forefront, and being able to guide and assist with all issues.
At last there is a manager who “CARES”.
I cannot praise him enough for his professional and support manner, only a phone call to be reassured and supported. Record keeping and all documentation etc, is always to hand and provided if it is required.

With a rich professional background spanning over 18 years across various industries, Mahi has concentrated his efforts on customer relations, cultivating proficiency in customer service, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. Previously, he successfully managed two businesses, demonstrating exceptional fund management and team-building capabilities. Mahi possesses a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, along with credentials such as a Diploma in Management, Strata Community Australia-A100 certification, and a Cert IV in Strata Community Management (Qld). Committed to continuous professional development, Mahi actively participates in industry-based webinars, seminars, and training sessions. Supporting Mahi in the team is Neel Moni, who brings invaluable expertise to various management aspects. Neel holds an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration and excels in roles related to record management and administration tasks.
