Yong Fang is the Body Corporate Manager of Ace Body Corporate Management (Brisbane North East), and is a member of Strata Community Australia (SCA) Queensland.

Yong is an experienced project manager and civil engineer with a well-proven record of successful delivering large and complex projects over 25 years throughout Australia, Singapore and other Asian countries. He holds a master’s degree in civil engineer with various training qualifications such as WHS, communication, engineering finance, contract management and project management.

He has performed full cycle project management including budgeting, organizing, problem -solving, execution and delivery; and acquired with the remarkable personal experience and skills including: in-depth understanding of business with high standard professionalism and integrity; awareness of cultural sensitivity and personal flexibility with extensive international experience; dealing successfully with a wide range of characters including authorities, clients, suppliers and contractors; establish and execution of budgets/programme and cost control systems for the optimal service.

Yong has a personal passion about property and is dedicated to assisting all of his body corporation members with quality service and advice about their valuable strata property and community.
