Brisbane Northern Region Strata Management

Alison Wade is the Body Corporate Manager of Ace Body Corporate Management (Brisbane Northern Region), and is a member of Strata Community Australia (SCA) Queensland.

Alison’s interest in Body Corporate Management began in 2002 while she was an Underwriter for the Queensland Branch of one of Australia’s largest Strata Insurers. Alison joined Ace Body Corporate Management in 2006 and is responsible for the Brisbane Northern Region. Alison holds a Certificate IV in Body Corporate Management and a Diploma in Business Management.  She is a Practitioner Member of Strata Community Australia (SCA) (Qld) and regularly attends conferences and seminars to ensure that she is kept up to date on the ever-changing Body Corporate and Community Management Legislation, and all issues that influence the Strata Industry. Alison has excellent people and organizational skills, and strives to provide the highest level of service as expected by owners and committee members.
